The Homemade Mexican Seasoning is a great alternative to using packaged seasonings. If you do not make it, you can use 1 package of pre-made taco seasoning.
Also making your own guacamole is a whole lot better than using stuff bought in the store. But you are in a pinch, you can use store bought.
