Growing up in an Italian American family, I appreciated the love of food at a very early age.  I spent countless hours with my grandparents learning how to make pastas, bake bread and prepare foods that were specific to many corresponding catholic holidays.

In my family we always had a garden with fresh vegetables and fresh herbs.  I grew up with a passion for pizza and pasta that rubbed off on me from my uncle, a taste of magic from the kitchen making sweets with my mother and a love of cooking over an open fire pit with my father. 

Now I am based in Trentino Alto-Adige, Northern Italy. I [verb describing feelings of having a strong liking for] Italy, Eggplant and Ricotta.

Also, I do strongly believe that everyone is beautiful inside, that’s why I eat spoonfuls of Nutella from the jar, because Nutella is beautiful.
