The Ultimate Corn Dip

- 1 8oz package cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons homemade ranch dressing mix or 1 package of store bought
- 3/4 cup cooked chopped bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 16oz container sour cream
- 3½ cups frozen corn kernels thawed
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Transfer into baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake dip 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or crusty bread.
