Creamy Taco Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons homemade mexican seasoning
  • 1 10 oz can diced tomatoes and green chiles undrained
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese cut into chunks
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400F.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until crumbled and no longer pink.
  • Drain the meat and then add the homemade mexican seasoning, Rotel and cream cheese to the skillet and melt the cream cheese over medium heat.
  • Stir until the cheese melts.
  • Place in a casserole pan and sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
  • Place in oven until cheese melts.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips.

The Homemade Mexican Seasoning is a great alternative to using packaged seasonings. If you do not make it, you can use 1 package of pre-made taco seasoning.
