Creamy Taco Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 tablespoons homemade mexican seasoning
- 1 10 oz can diced tomatoes and green chiles undrained
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese cut into chunks
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400F.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until crumbled and no longer pink.
- Drain the meat and then add the homemade mexican seasoning, Rotel and cream cheese to the skillet and melt the cream cheese over medium heat.
- Stir until the cheese melts.
- Place in a casserole pan and sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
- Place in oven until cheese melts.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
The Homemade Mexican Seasoning is a great alternative to using packaged seasonings. If you do not make it, you can use 1 package of pre-made taco seasoning.
