Day 3 of lockdown 2
Yesterday, I felt like we needed to go All out for St. Paddy’s day. I guess mainly because, we are stuck in lockdown again.
So we started off by decorating the balcony with the guinness flags from the bar and an irish flag.
And I got to work super early in the morning, making a Guinness corned beef in the crockpot.
Nicola secured us some Guinness for the festivities of the day. And I got to working in the Kitchen, I went crazy.
I made Irish Soda Bread, a Chocolate Guinness cake with Bailey’s Irish cream Icing, Guinness Roasted Carrots, and Guinness Braised Brussel sprouts.
We ate like irish royalty!
