Kiwi Gelato

This is a super fresh and tasty gelato recipe, and it is ready in a matter of hours. No ice cream equipment needed!

Equipment

  • food processor or blender

Ingredients
  

  • 600 g of Kiwi about 10 ripe
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the kiwis up, and place them in the bowl of a food processor.
  • Process until you have a smooth consistency that is creamy and mixed well.
  • Taste the mixture and add more sugar if you do not thing it is sweet enough.
  • Pour the gelato mixture into a freezer container, and freeze.
  • Every few hours or so, mix the gelato, so it does not freeze in chunks.
