Kiwi Gelato

This is a super fresh and tasty gelato recipe, and it is ready in a matter of hours. No ice cream equipment needed!

Ingredients
  

  • 600 g of Kiwi about 10 ripe
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Equipment

  • food processor or blender

Method
 

  1. Peel and chop the kiwis up, and place them in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Process until you have a smooth consistency that is creamy and mixed well.
  3. Taste the mixture and add more sugar if you do not thing it is sweet enough.
  4. Pour the gelato mixture into a freezer container, and freeze.
  5. Every few hours or so, mix the gelato, so it does not freeze in chunks.
