Kiwi Gelato
This is a super fresh and tasty gelato recipe, and it is ready in a matter of hours. No ice cream equipment needed!

- 600 g of Kiwi about 10 ripe
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
Peel and chop the kiwis up, and place them in the bowl of a food processor.
Process until you have a smooth consistency that is creamy and mixed well.
Taste the mixture and add more sugar if you do not thing it is sweet enough.
Pour the gelato mixture into a freezer container, and freeze.
Every few hours or so, mix the gelato, so it does not freeze in chunks.
