Method
- Peel and chop the kiwis up, and place them in the bowl of a food processor.
- Process until you have a smooth consistency that is creamy and mixed well.
- Taste the mixture and add more sugar if you do not thing it is sweet enough.
- Pour the gelato mixture into a freezer container, and freeze.
- Every few hours or so, mix the gelato, so it does not freeze in chunks.
