Pour the mixture over the salmon and into the skillet , then simmer until the salmon is tender and the mixture has reduced and thickened. About 10 minutes. But be careful not to over cook the salmon.

We got this Salmon fresh at the store. I had never tried salmon from up near Scandanavia.

Holy crap was it good. The bones were still in it, but the salmon bones are not super thin so they are easy to find.

This salmon was like butter. I used to coconut oil to start frying it up, before adding the balsamic mixture. But, oh my god I cannot say enough how good this was!

This recipe is also featured in my cookbook that will be out soon!

Also, use a good quality balsamic vinegar if you have the choice. If you want to know more about balsamic vinegar, check out this article I have prepared on balsamic vinegar.

I am not sure who owns who, Gemma is always in front of the stove and I cook around her!
