Method
- On a plate, season both sides of the salmon with gops.
- In a small bowl whisk together honey, vinegar and red pepper flakes.
- In a large skillet heat some olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add salmon to skillet and cook about 2 -3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Reduce the heat to medium.
- 
Pour the mixture over the salmon and into the skillet , then simmer until the salmon is tender and the mixture has reduced and thickened. About 10 minutes. But be careful not to over cook the salmon.
