This is my go to salmon dish. It is super easy and quick to make, I love it.

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil or coconut oil
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- a pinch crushed red pepper
- Gops to taste
On a plate, season both sides of the salmon with gops.
In a small bowl whisk together honey, vinegar and red pepper flakes.
In a large skillet heat some olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add salmon to skillet and cook about 2 -3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Reduce the heat to medium.

Pour the mixture over the salmon and into the skillet , then simmer until the salmon is tender and the mixture has reduced and thickened. About 10 minutes. But be careful not to over cook the salmon.
