Pan Fried Chili Lime Shrimp

- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon gops
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
In a large skillet, heat up your oil, over medium high heat.
Add shrimp and sauté 1 minute.
Add lime juice, chili spice, and gops, then stir to coat shrimp.
Sauté the shrimp until they change color, they should be bright pink and white.
This usually takes about 5-6 minutes, depending on how big your skillet is.
Once the shrimp are cooked, remove them from heat and stir in parsley.
