Pan Fried Chili Lime Shrimp

Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon gops
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, heat up your oil, over medium high heat.
  2. Add shrimp and sauté 1 minute.
  3. Add lime juice, chili spice, and gops, then stir to coat shrimp.
  4. Sauté the shrimp until they change color, they should be bright pink and white.
  5. This usually takes about 5-6 minutes, depending on how big your skillet is.
  6. Once the shrimp are cooked, remove them from heat and stir in parsley.
