• 2 tablespoons Basil – Basilico
• 2 tablespoons Majoram – Maggiorana
• 2 tablespoons Oregano – Origano
• 2 tablespoons Thyme – Timo
• 2 tablespoons Savory – Santoreggia
• 1 tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes – Peperoncino

Method

 

1. Mix all of these ingredients together in a mixing bowl and store in an airtight container.

I usually add a pinch to pretty much everything that I cook.
