Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons Basil - Basilico
  • 2 tablespoons Majoram - Maggiorana
  • 2 tablespoons Oregano - Origano
  • 2 tablespoons Thyme - Timo
  • 2 tablespoons Savory - Santoreggia
  • 1 tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes - Peperoncino

Method
 

  1. Mix all of these ingredients together in a mixing bowl and store in an airtight container.

I usually add a pinch to pretty much everything that I cook.
