Air Fryer Scotch Eggs

If you have never had these, these are great. I love a Scotch breakfast! But these you can eat any time of day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound uncooked bulk sausage
  • 5-6 eggs hard boiled
  • 1-2 raw eggs beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • Air Fryer

Method
 

  1. Peel hard boiled eggs, set aside.
  2. Divide the sausage into 5 or 6 equal parts, depending on how many boiled eggs you have made.
  3. Prepare a bowl, with the beaten egg inside, and prepare a dish with the bread crumbs, set both aside.
  4. Take a portion of sausage in your hand and flatten it into a thin patty.
  5. Place a boiled egg in center and wrap sausage around the whole egg, do this for all the eggs.
  6. Now dip sausage-egg into the beaten raw egg, then into the breadcrumbs.
  7. Spray the outside of the egg evenly with some oil.
  8. Air Fry at 400°F for 12-16 minutes, and turn halfway through cooking.
  9. If you have a thick sausage layer, the sausage will take longer to cook.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
