Peel hard boiled eggs, set aside.
Divide the sausage into 5 or 6 equal parts, depending on how many boiled eggs you have made.
Prepare a bowl, with the beaten egg inside, and prepare a dish with the bread crumbs, set both aside.
Take a portion of sausage in your hand and flatten it into a thin patty.
Place a boiled egg in center and wrap sausage around the whole egg, do this for all the eggs.
Now dip sausage-egg into the beaten raw egg, then into the breadcrumbs.
Spray the outside of the egg evenly with some oil.
Air Fry at 400°F for 12-16 minutes, and turn halfway through cooking.
If you have a thick sausage layer, the sausage will take longer to cook.
Serve hot and enjoy!
