Asian Inspired Shrimp and Konjac Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Konjac noodles drained
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 shallot or onion sliced thin
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha cashews coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 8-10 pieces shrimp peeled

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, add olive oil, garlic and onions. Sauté over medium-high heat.
  • Add the teriyaki and Sriracha sauce and mix to combine.
  • Add the shrimp, cashews, sesame seeds and pepper and Sauté until the shrimp is cooked through, about 8 minutes.
  • Add the konjac noodles and toss to coat with the sauce and cook for about 5 minutes more.
  • Serve Hot!
