Asian Inspired Shrimp and Konjac Noodles

- 1 package Konjac noodles drained
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 1 shallot or onion sliced thin
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup Sriracha cashews coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 8-10 pieces shrimp peeled
In a skillet, add olive oil, garlic and onions. Sauté over medium-high heat.
Add the teriyaki and Sriracha sauce and mix to combine.
Add the shrimp, cashews, sesame seeds and pepper and Sauté until the shrimp is cooked through, about 8 minutes.
Add the konjac noodles and toss to coat with the sauce and cook for about 5 minutes more.
Serve Hot!
