Healthy Baked Cod
- 4 cod filets
- 2 lemons cut into slices
- gops See below for recipe link
- Spicy Seasoning Blend See below for recipe link
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a 9×13 inch baking dish add the slices of lemon in a single layer, all close together.
Arrange the cod on top of the lemon slices and sprinkle Gops and Spicy Seasoning Blend.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs on top of each piece of cod.
Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
