Healthy Baked Cod

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cod filets
  • 2 lemons cut into slices
  • gops See below for recipe link
  • Spicy Seasoning Blend See below for recipe link
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a 9×13 inch baking dish add the slices of lemon in a single layer, all close together.
  3. Arrange the cod on top of the lemon slices and sprinkle Gops and Spicy Seasoning Blend.
  4. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs on top of each piece of cod.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
