Place your chopped strawberries in a large bowl and use a fork to smush the berries a bit.
Add the sugar to the strawberries and mix well, gently with a wooden spoon.
Then add the melted butter and mix gently again.
Now add the eggs, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and continue to mix gently until everything is incorporated well.
Use either a big spoon or an ice cream scooper to fill you muffin cups until they are about 3/4 full.
Place you muffin pan in the oven and after 12 minutes, check with a tooth pick to see if they are done. Usually these muffins can take 12-17 minutes depending on the size.
