Since we are having sub-artic weather here in Southern Carolina… We haven’t done much outside…..
So rummaging around for food and trying not to be bored.. we decided on Turkey burgers..
Not very hard at all, but super super healthy and good.. The grill marks are from a farberware griddle/grill I bought on sale one day. On these cold days It’s good to have a grill of some sort in the house…
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Turkey
1/4 cup Fresh Basil
House seasoning to taste
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and make into 4 patties.
Put on the grill and grill until done about 10 minutes.
