Ingredients
2 4-6oz Cod Fillets
1 Lemon Sliced into about 4 slices
2 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp House Seasoning
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
Old Bay to taste
Directions:
Pre- Heat the oven to 375 Degrees
Place your lemon slices on your baking sheet, so the lemon is touching each other. You are essentially making a bed for your fish to sit on.
Then place the fish ontop of the lemon

Then season your fish with house seasoning and a dash of old bay
Top off the fish by sprinkling the rosemary and parsley ontop
Place in the oven and bake for about 18-22 minutes, until the fish is flaky and done

So, This was on the menu tonight.. we are rocking and rolling here on our program, these 15 minute hiit training sessions are kicking my butt… I mean it hurts to breathe haha. I didn’t think I was quite that out of shape….
