I wanted to check in, and tell you guys I finished the 75 Hard.
It was hard. But, after a few weeks it became a way of life.
I feel dehydrated if I do not drink the 4L of water a day. and I get antsy if i do not move enough in one day.
I drank my first beer last night, and I was not impressed, I do not think I will continue to drink it.
Wine, on the other hand, has a full bodied and more robust flavor. That is worth the calories in my book.
I am down a total of 13kg. And back into all of my old clothes!
I didn’t *technically* follow a diet. I just did the Mediterranean diet, and when I felt like I needed something, I ate it.
The mediterranean diet does say you can have something sweet two times a week. This is what I followed, and yes it is in Italian, but, I read a 25 page manual on it in Italian. and it was somewhat different from the stuff I had read about in it in English.
I did take a break from the computer, facebook, the blog and pretty much everything. It was a welcomed break and I feel rejuvenated and focused.
I recommend this lifestyle change for anyone.
