Mini Dog Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 banana mashed
- Frosting:
- ½ cup nonfat greek yogurt
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a small bowl, combine flour and baking soda, set aside.
- In another bowl, mix together the oil, peanut butter, and banana until creamy.
- Mix in the egg. And add the flour mixture until well combined.
- Pour into a small 6-8 inch pie pan
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool, then make the frosting.
- Mix the yogurt and peanut butter together ingredients yogurt and peanut butter together.
- Cover the cake with the frosting.
- Top with doggie treats for decoration.
