Mini Dog Cake

Servings: 4 dogs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 banana mashed
  • Frosting:
  • ½ cup nonfat greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour and baking soda, set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the oil, peanut butter, and banana until creamy.
  4. Mix in the egg. And add the flour mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour into a small 6-8 inch pie pan
  6. Bake 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool, then make the frosting.
  8. Mix the yogurt and peanut butter together ingredients yogurt and peanut butter together.
  9. Cover the cake with the frosting.
  10. Top with doggie treats for decoration.
