Sweet Tea… in Italia!

Well, here we have found ourselves in lockdown part 2. I’m here thinking of what I need to do to keep myself busy. I do not remember if this was a problem last lockdown or no. I’m thinking no, because we made limoncello out of the lemons we were dealt last year. I finished a few projects and I wrote my cookbook.

So far today, I woke up at 7am. checked on my smurf village, on my phone, then got up and did a Barre workout. Then decided I needed to take the down comforter off of the bed and put the “spring comforter” on. I essentially spring cleaned our room. Washed, dried and folded the sheets and the duvet cover.

Oh Saturday I did like everyone else, and went out all over and did some spring shopping. I bought some seeds for herbs and a few flowers. When I got home, I repotted the flowers and made this cute little arrangement. Then started the seeds.

So in my looking for things to do, I found that we had an abundance of Kiwi. So I decided to try and make a Kiwi Plumcake/bread.

I got to thinking kiwi and lime, usually goes together, and I wasn’t sure about how moist the kiwi would be by itself, and it was a little tuff, so I cooked it with an apple. I think it turned out cute, I am waiting for it to cool as I type.
