Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 75 grams of sugar
  • a stick of vanilla
  • 60 grams of flour
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 egg yolks

Method
 

  1. In a sauce pan, add the egg and egg yolks, flour and sugar and stir with a whisk to combine, set aside.
  2. In another sauce pan add the vanilla and milk, place over medium-high heat and whisk to combine, and bring to a slow boil.
  3. Once the milk is boiling, add to the saucepan with the eggs, flour and sugar.
  4. Stir vigorously until it is combined and starts to thicken up to a pudding consistency.
