- 2 cups of whole milk
- 75 grams of sugar
- a stick of vanilla
- 60 grams of flour
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg yolks
In a sauce pan, add the egg and egg yolks, flour and sugar and stir with a whisk to combine, set aside.
In another sauce pan add the vanilla and milk, place over medium-high heat and whisk to combine, and bring to a slow boil.
Once the milk is boiling, add to the saucepan with the eggs, flour and sugar.
Stir vigorously until it is combined and starts to thicken up to a pudding consistency.
