Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 75 grams of sugar
  • a stick of vanilla
  • 60 grams of flour
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 egg yolks

Instructions
 

  • In a sauce pan, add the egg and egg yolks, flour and sugar and stir with a whisk to combine, set aside.
  • In another sauce pan add the vanilla and milk, place over medium-high heat and whisk to combine, and bring to a slow boil.
  • Once the milk is boiling, add to the saucepan with the eggs, flour and sugar.
  • Stir vigorously until it is combined and starts to thicken up to a pudding consistency.
