Method
- In a sauce pan, add the egg and egg yolks, flour and sugar and stir with a whisk to combine, set aside.
- In another sauce pan add the vanilla and milk, place over medium-high heat and whisk to combine, and bring to a slow boil.
- Once the milk is boiling, add to the saucepan with the eggs, flour and sugar.
- Stir vigorously until it is combined and starts to thicken up to a pudding consistency.
