Spinach, Fennel and Orange Salad

This is a fresh crisp easy salad, that is super healthy and yummy!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 big handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1/2-1 fresh fennel
  • 2 oranges

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry your fresh spinach and place in a serving bowl, set aside.
  • Slice the fennel in half, and then slice thin. You can add as much fennel as you would like, depending on the size of the salad.
  • Arrange the fennel on top of the spinach.
  • Peel the oranges with a knife, and then remove the wedges from between the membrane, saving the juice.
  • Place the oranges on top of the fennel and pour the juice of the orange over the salad.
  • Serve immediately.
