Spinach, Fennel and Orange Salad
This is a fresh crisp easy salad, that is super healthy and yummy!

- 3 big handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1/2-1 fresh fennel
- 2 oranges
Wash and dry your fresh spinach and place in a serving bowl, set aside.
Slice the fennel in half, and then slice thin. You can add as much fennel as you would like, depending on the size of the salad.
Arrange the fennel on top of the spinach.
Peel the oranges with a knife, and then remove the wedges from between the membrane, saving the juice.
Place the oranges on top of the fennel and pour the juice of the orange over the salad.
Serve immediately.
