Simple Keto Brownies
These are super good, with a great consistency.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Optional
- 1/4 cup diced pistachios, walnuts, pecans
Instructions
- Mix all together, sprinkle extra nuts on top and bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
These I found while scrolling the internet, the original had 1/2 cup of swerve. I left it out and the brownies were just as good without it, in my opinion!
The texture was really good as well, the brownie was moist and spongy to the touch. So overall I was pleased with this recipe!
