Keto Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

These are super awesome!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 6 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup of sugar free chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix, form into dough balls and freeze.
  • Use an ice cream scoop to form into dough balls.

I like these a whole lot. to make the dough balls, I used a ice cream scoop to scoop a “ball” out of the dough. Place the dough on parchment paper cut out to the size of the freezer container, and then place the parchment paper in the freezer container. Then I repeated that process and topped that first with another layer, all in all I have 4 layers of these fat bombs in a container in the freezer.

They are pretty firm, when you first take one out of the freezer, so let it sit out for about 30 seconds.
