My Favorite Sautéed Cauliflower

I love sautéed vegetables, and this is my favorite way to have cauliflower.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 shallot minced
  • 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon gops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium heat up the olive oil, add the shallot and garlic.
  • Sauté until the shallots are soft, then add the red crushed pepper and mix to combine.
  • Add the cauliflower and season with Gops.
  • Sauté until the cauliflower is soft but not mushy, I like mine a little crispy.
