My Favorite Sautéed Cauliflower
I love sautéed vegetables, and this is my favorite way to have cauliflower.

- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 shallot minced
- 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon gops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
In a large skillet over medium heat up the olive oil, add the shallot and garlic.
Sauté until the shallots are soft, then add the red crushed pepper and mix to combine.
Add the cauliflower and season with Gops.
Sauté until the cauliflower is soft but not mushy, I like mine a little crispy.
