Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Ranch Chicken Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 3 chicken breast thinly sliced 1/4″
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon homemade powdered ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon spicy seasoning blend
  • 12 pieces of bacon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Lay your chicken out on a cutting board or clean work surface.Season the chicken breasts with spicy seasoning blend, set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend together the 4 oz of cream cheese and the ranch dressing mix.
  4. Divide the cream cheese mixture up between the pieces of chicken, by creating a layer of cream cheese mixture on top of each piece of chicken.
  5. Roll the chicken up, like a swiss cake roll starting at the smaller end.
  6. Lay out 4 pieces of bacon slightly overlapping, forming a square.
  7. Place 1 roll of chicken on top of the bacon and roll the bacon around the chicken.
  8. Repeat for all pieces of chicken.
  9. Place bacon wrapped chicken roll in a prepared baking pan.
  10. Bake for 30-45 minutes depending on how thick your chicken is.
