So I did a thing last night, I bought an Air Fryer. I know I am a little late and behind the curve with this, but I saw it at the store for half price and decided I would like to try it.
I cut up a potato and put it into the air fryer without salt, and oil. Cooked the potato for 10 minutes and this is what I got:

The potatoes were crunchy, but they were missing something.. So I got another potato and made smaller fries. Added a drizzle of oil to the bottom of the fryer pan and salted them before cooking them. Again for 15 minutes.

These were much more crunch and had the salt flavor that you love in a french fry. I approve of these!
Tonight I am going to try fried chicken. Buttermilk Fried Chicken. I will let you know how that turns out.
