Method
- Heat the oil up in a medium sized skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a dish, lightly drizzle the baby corn with a little oil, and season with the gops and mexican seasoning. Toss to coat thoroughly.
- Place the corn into the hot pan and cook until the corn starts turning a little brown, then mix the corn in the skillet until the corn is cooked on all sides.
- About 10 minutes.
- Top of with a drizzle of lime juice and serve warm.
