Sweet Tea… in Italia!

Italy, Amazing Food, Love and Wine Y'all!

I took this picture a few nights ago in a nearby town called Torbole. It had just finished raining, and we were going to make an aperativo at the bar in that town. We parked the car, I got out and said “oh how pretty” then took a picture to my right, and then to my left, there was a wall of rain coming. Needless to say, we got soaked and ran for the bar.

But, this picture was so worth it!

A bunch of stuff has been on my mind this past week.

Number 1, I need to finish my last chapter of vedic medical astrology and get my little diploma in that.

Number 2, I needed to figure out how to make a print button for my recipes. I did that today and installed a plugin, so the next recipe I make, I’ll try to figure this stuff out.

Number 3, I was thinkinga bout starting an online herbal school. And eventually I would add things like, maybe astrology, ayurvedic medicine, things like that.. So I’ve been thinking on that a lot.

Number 4, and most important of all, a new kitchen. This is complicated but not complicated. Where my bedroom is now is attached to a huge terrace (You have all seen the pictures). I practically live outside, we eat out there, the bbq grill is out there, it is my outdoor living space and that is where the dining room table is. So where the bedroom is now, is where I want to make the kitchen. The room is a bit smaller than where the kitchen is now, and out kitchen’s here are generally mixed with the living room, like one big open space. I don’t really watch that much tv… but, I guess it is needed.

where the kitchen is now, is super huge, and I could fit my office in there with the bedroom. Not that I need to because I just changed the guest room into slash (/) office.

But, everything is on sale 40-50% off. I did get a quote for a really pretty kitchen for half price. That was for a kitchen more classic and that was in Verona. Then I went to a place here in town and this guy is an interior decorator, he was cool, had some really great ideas, but is a little too modern for my liking. He was all talking about induction cooking and I want no part of that. I’ll keep my gas range, but he is working up a floor plan and a quote for me. I’m also trying to figure out what the hell my budget is. I wouldn’t be worried about any of this if the auction of my old ranch would go through. That was all finalized in the divorce, but with the “pandemic” and all the protests and riots in america at the moment, nothing is happening.

Speaking of the “pandemic” they are opening the borders here from Austria and Germany on the 15th. And there is some rumors going around that we will not have to tote the studpid masks around anymore. Thank God.

Well that is all, I’ve been outside cherry picking and running around crazy thinking about kitchens and school.
