Yogurt Marinade:
1 cup of plain greek yogurt
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 lemons zested and juiced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Mix all of that together and the marinade is ready. marinate the meat for 4-6 hours before grilling.
Tzatziki Sauce
1/4 cup shredded cucumber
1 cup greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp dill
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Mix all together and let it sit together in the fridge for a hour or so before serving.
