Mediterranean Kebobs
500g Ground Beef
2 Tbsp sumac spice
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tbsp GOPS
kebob skewers
In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until mixed very well. once it is all incorporated together.
take a skewer and make a oblong meatball type looking shape over the skewer.
I have found that it is easier to make the shape in your hand then stick the skewer through it.
Then put on the grill until it is grilled to your liking.. we like them a bit medium rare.
I served these with grilled eggplant. You can also use a tzatziki sauce as a condiment for the kebobs or Hummus.
