Sweet Tea… in Italia!

Hello. Hello…… I get very excited when I think about eating lamb.
And today I went out into the freezer and dug around for a few minutes and came up with LAMB….
yesssssssss.

So I also had a long day at work today, which mean it was a crockpot night…
and here is what I came up with!

1 leg of lamb
4 Cloves of garlic, minced
A few springs of Rosemary
A Handful of Chopped Mint
A dash of Olive oil
2 sweet potatoes

I dug out my ole faithful crockpot and headed over to the counter. Roughly chopped up two sweet potatoes and placed those in the bottom of the crockpot.
Then put the frozen leg of lamb on top.

Poured on some olive oil, peeled and roughly minced up some garlic, placed that on top. along with chopped mint and rosemary.

Placed that bad boy on low for about 8 hours.. and came home to a house smelling like what I think heaven would smell 🙂
