Sweet Tea… in Italia!

Italy, Amazing Food, Love and Wine Y'all!

Venison meatloaf is one of my favorites especially on these cold nights we have started to have.. Last night it got down to 27*F at the house… Winter came in a hurry!

Ingredients
1 lbs Ground Venison or Beef
2/3 Cup of Whole Milk
1/2 Cup of Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup of Ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Egg
1/4-1/2 cup of Raisins
2-4 Tbsp of Ranch Powdered Mix

 Pre-heat your oven to 350*F.
In a mixing bowl, add your ground meat, milk, breadcrumbs, ketchup, salt and pepper, egg, and ranch powder.
Combine well with your hands. I use my hands.. I have not found something that mixes meatloaf or meatballs as well as your hands!
Add The Raisins last.   I like a lot of raisins so I tend to put about 1/2 a cup. Mix the raisins in well.
Pack this meat mixture into a loaf pan.  Drizzle the top with ketchup and Cook for 1 hour.
