We are all about some breakfast in the house, and I’m always trying to figure out what to do with Cottage cheese and or yogurt and of course Oatmeal!
So sometimes I think.. Hmmmm, Maybe I should heat fruit up.. and here is what came up with this morning…
Tomorrow I might try a banana…….. I think that might be really good baked in the oven with Oats…
Ingredients
1 apple
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1 tsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp stevia
1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
1 Pinch of Clove and Nutmeg
Instructions
Chop your apple up into bite size pieces.
Heat up your coconut oil over medium heat.
Add the apple pieces and saute for a few seconds.
Then add the spices.
Saute the Apple pieces until the apple is soft.
Serve over Cottage cheese and enjoy!
