Sweet Tea… in Italia!

Italy, Amazing Food, Love and Wine Y'all!

The first 40 years of childhood are always the hardest! I did 39 years of research on how to live my life, or how not to live my life, depending on how you look at it. Ora, ho consapevolezza e saggezza. il passaggio dai trentenni ai quaranta è stato bellissimo e il mio cuore è pieno.

So July 9th, I turned 40… I couldn’t believe it. It seems my life has passed by quicker than I can imagine, but time flies when you’re having fun! It was a great birthday, It was probably the best I have ever had. Maybe next year I will have a 39 turning 40 again party.. Just sayin’.

Random points and things i’m doing/have been doing…

I’m still working on my second set of curtains for the kitchen… they are coming along

I found a dealer… ::::::crickets chirping:::: not like that! A dealer of fine foods from Napoli, including Sfogliatelle!

I have been hiking and exploring a lot.

I fell off my bicycle and lost my big toenail.

Work is going really good.

I found a new love of wine. after the 75 hard and giving up wine… I wound up tasting wine again for the first time with a different outlook. Now I am getting into the why, wines are wine and the interesting facts about the grapes.. One day when life goes back to normal, i’ll take one of those sommelier classes.

Active things I have done:

Malga Grassi
Passo Nota
Bosco Caproni
Laghel
Limone Sul Garda

It’s been hot and the weather has been uncharacteristically humid and rainy for this region. We have had some bad storms. But, overall everything is good.

That is all, for now.
