The Moss Stitch

I found this stitch because I was looking for something to make a tighter stitch on a Temperature Blanket I decided to make.

Row 1: Chain an even number of stitches. Sc in 4th ch from hk. *ch-1, skip 1 ch, sc in next* repeat to end. Ch-2, turn.
Row 2: Sc in next ch-sp. *ch-1, sc in next ch-sp* repeat to end, ending with a sc in the ch-sp from the previous row.
… continue row 2 until you’ve reached desired length.
