Rosemary Roasted Pork Loin
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoon house seasoning
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 3 pound boneless pork loin room temperature
- 1-2 granny smith apples sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a mortar and pestle crush together rosemary, mustard, house seasoning and ginger.
- Add the olive oil and make a paste, set aside.
- In a roasting pan, place the sliced apples down.
- Then place the roast on top of the apples.
- Rub the roast with all of the herb paste mixture.
- Bake for 1.5 hours and remove from the oven.
- Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Let the pork roast stand outside the fridge for about 30-45 minutes.
I love this roast, it is great for anytime of the year, it is packed with flavor and oh so good!
