Ingredients:
- 1 cup non-fat dried milk
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup bouillon granules*
- 4 tablespoons dehydrated minced onions
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon pepper
*You can use whatever kind of bouillon you want like beef, vegetable, chicken. I generally tend to stick to using chicken, just because it is a little more milder flavored.
Directions for using this as the equivalent of one can of condensed cream soup:
In a sauce pan add 1/3 cup of dry mix, and then add 1 1/4 cup water, bring to a slow boil, stirring frequently until it has become thickened.
Directions to use this as Cream of Something Soup.

Add 1/2 cup of dry mix to a soup and mix well, until the soup has thickened
