This is the recipe for the Sleep Well RollerBottle
- 2 drops Lavender
- 2 drops Eucalyptus
- 2 drops Peppermint
This can be used in a diffuser to help sooth you to sleep, or mixed with a carrier oil and applied on your pulse or temples.
This can even be mixed in with distilled water to be used as a spray to use a few squirts on your pillow.
