I’m going back and checking some recipes I have previously made, trying to get more stuff on my web page 🙂
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 jar (16 ounces)medium or Hot Salsa
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp ground cumin
1 large sweet onion, chopped
1 cup whole kernel corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 pound of beef stew meat cut into 1/2-inch pieces (* Or Venison!)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in your crockpot and
Cook on Low for 8 to 9 hours or High for 4-5 hours.
