Scallops (about a bakers dozen or so)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Fresh chopped basil and parsley
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Red pepper flakes to taste
Fresh Grated Parmesan cheese

Pat your scallops dry with a paper towel, and place them in a small baking dish that has been smeared with olive oil.

Salt and pepper the scallops, then sprinkle with the garlic powder and red pepper flakes.
add the chopped basil and parsley and top off with as much parmesan cheese as you would like.
Bake in the oven at 375 for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
