1 cup home made salsa
2 cans fat free (the healthy crap) cream of chicken soup
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 soup can water
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves1 can of Rotel
Jalapeno’s to taste
Mix all this together and put in a slow cooker, Cook on low for 5 hours… add some Cilantro on top and serve with extra cheese 🙂
don’t forget the Hot sauce… and Jalapenos
