Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook and drain pasta according to the directions but subtract 2 minutes from the cook time.
In a small bowl, mix all the spices together and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, in a casserole dish, place the chicken at the bottom, season with some of the spice mixture.
Top the chicken with the sliced tomatoes.
Drain the pasta from the water, and place it back into the pan you cooked it in.
Add the spinach to the pasta and stir until the spinach wilts a little.
Season the spinach and pasta with the rest of the spices, and add the mozzarella.
Mix well and pour this on top of the chicken.
Bake for 20 -30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked through.
*Cooking time will depend on how thin your pieces of chicken are.
