extra vergine olive oil

apple cider vinegar with the mother

Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil and apple cider vinegar, set aside.
In a large mixing bowl add all of the vegetables.
Add the Sicilian spice and salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
Add the oil and vinegar mixture and toss.
