Fill large stock pot about 3/4 of the way full of water.
Place on an outdoor cooker and bring water to a boil.
Turn to a med-high heat.
Add Low Country Boil Seasoning to the water.
Place the potatoes into the pot, and cook for 10-45 minute. The cooking time of the potatoes depends on how big your potatoes are.
Add corn and kielbasa, cook for about 15 minutes.
Add the Shrimp to the pot, and cook until they turn redish in color, usually about 5 to 6 minutes.
Remove from heat and drain liquid.
You can either dump the low country boil onto a table covered in newspaper, or place in a serving dish.
